Apologies for the inconvenience, please follow the steps below:
- Ensure that your Authenticator application is updated to the latest version
- Make sure Airplane mode is off.
- If you're using cellular, try switching to wifi and vice-versa.
- Check if battery optimization is enabled for Authenticator. If yes, disable battery optimization. Tap Settings and make sur battery optimization is turned off.
