Authenticator App Error

My account is admin, but my mobile authenticator app went into error.

Every time I log in, the page jumps to the authenticator page and asks for the relevant code, but I cannot log in because of the app error.

    Apologies for the inconvenience, please follow the steps below:

    • Ensure that your Authenticator application is updated to the latest version
    • Make sure Airplane mode is off.
    • If you're using cellular, try switching to wifi and vice-versa.
    • Check if battery optimization is enabled for Authenticator. If yes, disable battery optimization. Tap Settings and make sur battery optimization is turned off.

    I try the setting but still cannot solve the issue
