Microsoft Authenticator App not workikg for Snapchat
I was using Snapchat around 7pm Wednesday night, then all of a sudden it kicked me out. After trying to log back in, I got error “please check your connection and try again”. I turned off WiFi “which connection was great” and switched to Data “connection was also great” and I was still getting that error. For security reasons, I tried changing my password. I however got another error “we’re sorry. We are unable to process your request”. I know for a fact that my WiFi + Data connection was perfect and Snapchat is on the latest version for iOS 11.32.0.34 . Finally I got access, but shortly after I was hit with another error when entering the Microsoft Authenticator code “that’s not the right code¡ Please make sure your device’s system time is correct, then try again”. Date and time on my iOS is synched automatically to reflect my time zone, as such I don’t know why I’m getting this error. I have reset the network settings, checked to ensure that either Snapchat or Authenticator needed updates “they don’t”, I even uninstall and reinstall both apps + restarted my phone and it’s the same error about incorrect code. Has anyone experienced this before and if so how did you resolve the issue.
