Azure Media Services - Why can't I access my manifest url?

Seems that something is wrong with my AMS resource as it used to work properly. I upload a video through the API and also trigger an encoding for adaptive streaming. Finally, I generate a manifest url and a locator. The problem here is, that the manifest url can't be accessed. I've tried copying/pasting that url into my browser (which it used to download the manifest file) but I get an error saying that it can't find the AMS server. What could be causing this behavior?

This is where I extract the manifest URL from:

When I paste that URL in my browser:

The same happens if I get the url from the locator URLs:

Is your Streaming Endpoint running in the account? Did you maybe stop the streaming endpoint or change the CDN settings on it at any point recently?

Are you able to file a support ticket in the Azure Portal? That would be the best way to get someone to look at that endpoint and see if something is going on. Can you share what region this account is in?
