I can't see the 'Activate Sandbox' option in Microsoft Learn modules/learning paths

Hi.

I'm taking Azure learning modules through Microsoft Learn, but for the units that require an account/subscription, I was under the impression there is a sandbox mode. But the Activate Sandbox dialog box doesn't even display for me. What could be the problem?

My account is a personal @harsh.com account.
