what are the recommended Unity packages and versions required for spectator mode app?

For SpectatorView, please using the latest release: Microsoft Mixed Reality Spectator View v1.1.0. For Unity, the latest Unity 2018 LTS (Long Term Support) stream is recommended as the best version to build the SpectatorView app, and the current recommendation is to use 2018.4.36f1: https://unity3d.com/unity/qa/lts-releases

spectator v1.1.0 included sample project requires. Unity 2018.3.14f1, should I go for that?
Please use Unity 2018.4.36f1 to avoid some known issues that have fixed.
So I upgraded the sample project to the recommended Unity version.
But now:
I also tried without upgrading the project using unity 2018.3 an d I had the same issues
We clone the SpectatorView repository and follow the steps of this documentation to try to reproduce your issue with the Spectator View Samples, but it seems to work fine -- the spectator menu appears in the Unity menu bar as expected (Unity 2018.4.36f1). Could you try again with the Spectator View Samples? Do you see the same behavior?
