Hi,
According to your descriotion, it appears that this problem is purely Windows/.NET related. I consider that you could uninstall .net framework and reinstall it. Or update the .net framework to the latest version.
For problem Signature 01,04,09 all have different name such as Db.Context.Shared. So it seems that an issue between remote app .net framework and windows .
If the issue still insists after modify .net framework, you can fire up the debugger and attach to the application and find out what is wrong. Using a debugger is much easier than just looking at this information.
Please understand due to security policy, we could not provide dump/log analysis. I consider that you could open a case to Microsoft for further debugger analysis.
