Copilot Studio agent cannot send messages in team-channel (Sorry, something unexpected happened. We’re looking into it. Error code: SystemError)

I created several Copilot Studio agents, in which I added the Teams+365 channel.
I published them, and I was able to access them from Teams.
I could chat with them in private chats with them, and they worked.
I could even add them to a team(to an specific channel).

The problem is that whenever I mention the agent in a post within a channel, I get the error:
"Sorry, something unexpected happened. We’re looking into it. Error code: SystemError"

The agent is not able to write in the channel, but there is a reaction to my messages.

* I tried with several agents using different options.
* I tried changing permissions in Entra for the app.
* I tried to change the permissions of the manifest and upload it to Teams-admin.

In all cases, and for all agents, the result is the same.

    Hi Dustin,
    thank you for your answer.

I have done more tests, because I had doubts about the permissions to write in channels.

    This time, I did:

    * I registered a new application in MS Entra, according to the guide in Configure user authentication with Microsoft Entra ID - Microsoft Copilot Studio | Microsoft Learn
I added the following permissions (just to be sure that nothing was missing):

    * Then created an agent in Copilot Studio using manual authentication (using secrets created in the former step in Entra)
I added the following scopes in this step:
    ChannelMessage.Read.All ChannelMessage.ReadWrite ChannelMessage.Read.Group ChannelMessage.Send Chat.Read Chat.ReadBasic Chat.ReadWrite Chat.ReadWrite.All Chat.Read.All ChatMember.Read ChatMessage.Read ChatMessage.Send Group.Read.All openid profile TeamsTab.ReadWrite.All TeamsTab.ReadWriteForChat.All TeamsTab.ReadWriteForTeam.All User.Read

    * In Teams Admin Center I have:

And despite that the authentication method is totally different, I obtain exactly the same behavior.

    With respect to your suggestions:

    1. You wrote:
"Enable Bot Messaging in Teams Admin Center
-> Go to the Microsoft Teams Admin Center. -> Navigate to Teams apps → Manage apps.
-> Search for your Copilot Studio agent and ensure that bot messaging is enabled.

    #Where do I check that?

"Also, check App Permission Policies to confirm that bots are allowed to send messages in channels."
#Please check all the permissions that my agent has.

    Check Tenant-Wide Settings for Bots
#I allowed as much as possible (it is a testing environment)

    1. You also wrote:
"In Microsoft Entra Admin Center, go to Enterprise Applications → Your Copilot App. -> Under Permissions, ensure that the bot has Teams.ReadWrite.All and Chat.ReadWrite permissions.

#Check also in my image all the permissions assigned and granted in MS Entra.By the way, I could not find the "Teams.ReadWrite.All" permission (neither in Application, not in Delegated)

    Any other ideas..?
Could you check if there is a ticket for agents not being able to write into posts in Teams-channels?
