Teams Private Channel in which only owners can post?

For General Channels, there's a setting to make it so only Owners can post in a channel. That setting doesn't appear to exist for Private Channels. Is this correct? Is there a work-around for this? Seems strange the feature exists for one but not the other...

Yes, you are right! According to Overview of teams and channels in Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn, this setting is under Moderation which is available in Standard channel but not in Private and Shared Channel.
