Process Explorer 16.42 Help shows wrong Reporting Bugs link

Using Process Explorer 16.42:

1. Select Help | Help... to show the Process Explorer Help window
2. Select Process Explorer | Reporting Bugs in the contents of the help documentation to show a short help text
3. Notice that the help text contains an outdated, broken link to the Sysinternals Process Explorer Forum
4. The link should be to this forum: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/topics/windows-sysinternals-procexp.html

Yup. Was pointing at http://forum.sysinternals.com/forum_topics.asp?FID=2 instead, which doesn't go anywhere.
