Good afternoon,

Lately we've had multiple reports from our clients that as soon as they try to join a meeting or start a Teams call their teams instantly goes on '' Not responding''. We've tried clearing the cache, reinstalling teams, We've also cleared all the teams cache from IE and Chrome. But as far as solutions go we haven't been able to find one.

I will attach the Event Viewer logs from the crash below, 2 information posts and 1 Error.

If anyone knows a solution please let me know!

However, if most of the users are getting the same error given this situation, we do understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it.

Since we cannot reproduce the same situation as yours and most of your users have the same problem, this issue may be related to your team or tenant and may need to checked from background.
