MS teams Signing out on desktop.

Question

I had twoaccounts active on MS teams desktop app where I was switching between by signing out and then sign in again.
Recently, I'm facing an issue as I'm not able to sign out from the open account. My MS teams opens automatically with the same account even after signing out. Is there anything that I can do to solve the problem?

It recommends you try to clear your client cache files by following these steps to see if it can be fixed.

1)Sign out Teams client

2)While holding the Windows key, press R to open Windows Run, then copy and paste the following into the box and click OK:
%appdata%\Microsoft

3)Find the Teams folder, then right click it and select Delete.

4)Relaunch Teams client.
