Teams Town Hall PSTN (Dial in Number)

We are having an issue getting PSTN numbers to show in recipient invitations when setting up Teams Town Hall events. We have enabled Audio Conferencing for our org and have assigned the Audio Conference license to the user organizing the town hall meetings.

The dial-in number and passcode appear when setting up regular teams meetings for our users but not when setting up Town Hall events.

Am I missing something?

    Dear Darick Harriger,

    Good day.

After thorough research, testing from my end and consulting, it’s been concluded that Teams Town Hall event doesn't include a phone-in number for participants. It is not currently feasible the dial-in number and passcode appearing in the invitations for Town Hall events. Town Hall event is for largest audience ( large meeting and events). Reference: Plan for Teams town halls - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn, Overview of meetings, webinars, and town halls - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn
