    Hi,
Perform a clean boot to check.
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows-da2f9573-6eec-00ad-2f8a-a97a1807f3dd
Exception code 0xc0000005 is an Access Violation. Try to uninstall DRPlayer.exe or reinstall this software to the newer version to check.
If the issue still insists, please check the mini dump or memory dump in C:\Windows\dump. Dumps always record information about BSOD.
Then you could use WinDbg Previewer tool to analyze dump files.
Hope this helps and please help to accept as Answer if the response is useful.
    Best Regards,
    Carl

Try visit the Control Panel and try to uninstall the DRPlayer.
Run the Windows Update and install all updates.
