Hey everyone :)
i want to lock specific usb companies, that win will not allow to use it.
for ex. if I connect Logitech keyboard/mouse the OS will not allow to use it/
another ex. I want to use only Microsoft components ?
its TPM/TCG maybe?

You have to be more specific about the problem you are trying to solve. Something like a keyboard and mouse install generic in box drivers. The OS does not normally distinguish between manufacturers of the keyboard, they all match on a generic hardware ID. There is group policy that may approximate what you want, see
