Hi there,

I still have no CLASS MATERIALS folder when I create a new TEAM. I have tried everything that was suggested (reloading App; clearing the cache; entering TEAMS through the browser; I also contacted my Admin. but nothing has changed regarding permissions) .. the TEAM is created but the file is always missing (it is there for all the TEAms I created before December !) . I also tried looking in Cloud Storage but it is not there either. This is what I see !

             THanks

    Hi Sally,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues regenerating the class materials folder. You can add the folder back by following the steps below:

    1. Go to Files tab in your channel.
    2. Click Add cloud storage and select SharePoint > Class Materials.
    3. Click Create. Then the Class Materials folder will come back.

I have already done that and while for the other (old) TEAMs it works .. for the new TEAMS I see the following .. The third class materials folder isn't there! And it keeps on loading, loading but nothing happens.

Thank you for the update, Sally. You mentioned that you already tried clearing the cache and entering teams through the browser but you're experiencing the same issue. We can then conclude based on your screenshot as well that you're having issues with your sharepoint connectivity, reason why it just keeps on loading. Kindly contact your IT/Sharepoint administrators to have this checked and apply changes as necessary.
