Successfully Completed AZ-104 Certification but yet to recieve confirmation of results

I successfully completed the AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator certification exam (Pearson VUE) on June 18th.

However, I have not yet received any confirmation of the result and the Pearson VUE dashboard continues to show the status of the exam as In Progress

I have contacted the Pearson VUE support team multiple times and while they can see that I have completed the exam successfully, they have been unable to resolve the issue.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam results in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
