MS Authentication Loop Locked Out

Hi

I am in a continual Microsoft Authentication loop. I have purchased MS Office 365 Business Standard and trying to set this up on any device mobile and desktop sends me into the loop.

When i try to add the account to the authentication app I enter the name and password and then I am requested to approve the sign in request, the only other option is to use a verification code from my mobile app.

There is no other option, this is the same if i try to login to Azure or Teams etc.

Any help is greatly appreciated - I'm going mad!!

Sounds like you may need to reset the account 2 factor.
