complete Window Freeze while connecting Mobile Hotspot

After commulative update my window started getting complete freeze whenever i connect to mobile hotspot. The rate doubled after BIOS update like 4 to 5 times a day . I then updated it to 21H1 and thankfully it lessened to once in 3 to 4 days but the issue didnt reolve completely and it is annoying . I had remote session with Microsoft agent and they checked everything and said everything is ok with my laptop and referred me to this page .
I want to resolve this issue

    Try to perform a clean boot.

    Then open Windows Settings>Search Network Reset>Then click Network Reset option.

    Hello,

    

    Please uninstall the third-party software on your system and run SFC /SCANNOW command at administrative Command Prompt and see if that helps.


    Also, run Network Adapter troubleshooter from Settings app > Update & security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters.
