We have a weekly meeting chat in Teams and the Organizer is no longer here, how do you change the organizer of a Teams chat to another person?

This is a much needed feature. We loose much of discussions and context when people move as they cannot make someone else as organizer. Please consider this as a needed feature.
I agree, this should be highly considered as a feature, since it impacts workflow and work quality if one can no longer have access to prior meeting content if a new series of meetings needs to be made.
Hello Jennifer ….This is not during a Team video yet a Team Chat. The person that was listed as the Organizer for the Teams Chat is no longer available and we need to assign another person so that Chats, etc can still be revised, rescheduled, etc.
What if the Organizer is no longer available / with the company, any suggestions?
MS Teams meeting's Organizer cannot be changed but the organizer can delegate someone else to the task.
