How do I enable AI-generates notes in Teams?

Hi. I have been granted access to Preview for Teams. I can now see the AI-generated notes toggle appear when I schedule a new meeting, but I cannot enable it. Instead, this message pops up "Group skills lets Copilot join the meeting chat and handle tasks such as takings notes for everyone."

How do I fix this issue so that I can try out the AI-generated notes feature?

I have the same issue, I am unable to toggle on the AI-generated notes feature.

I can confirm that Transcription and Copilot option is toggled on under our default meeting policy which was enabled over 48hrs ago & I have a Microsoft 365 Copilot license, and Teams client set to public preview release and I'm running the latest build.

• First of all, may I double-confirm if your account (as the meeting organizer) has a Copilot license assigned as only Microsoft 365 Copilot licensed users can add AI-generated notes to a meeting or start them during a meeting. Note: The licensing change may take some time to come into effect.
• Would you please also kindly check if Transcription and Copilot option is toggled on under the meeting policy. To check this kindly contact your organization admin to sign into Microsoft Teams admin center with admin credentials, go to Meetings > Meeting policies, scroll down to recording & transcription and make sure that Transcription and Copilot is on--> Click Save button. Also make sure the policy is assigned to your account. Note: The policy change may also take some time to come into effect.
• Meanwhile, please note that AI-generated notes can only be added to scheduled meetings, and can't be added to channel meetings, instant meetings, or Teams calls.
