I am setting up a scheduled meeting invite that will go out to selected attendees.

I wish to not reveal the names of those participants, how do I go about to achieve this?

Thanks,

    Hello,

So does this mean that in the current OUtlook thre is still no way to hide the recipients emails from the people attending?

I don't want everyone attending to be able to see the emails of everyone invited as they are external to my company. Is there another way in the classic outlook?

    Hello Jessica,

If I understand correctly, you want to hide the list of the attendees in the event you are creating.

If that is what you want to achieve, kindly take the following steps:

If you are using the new Outlook app:

    1. Open Outlook app either on the web or desktop.
    2. Choose Calendar.
    3. Open the new meeting invitation.
    4. Click on "Response options" at the top left side. Then select "Hide attendee list" from the drop-down. Click "Send" to invite people without showing recipients’ names.

If you are using the Classic Outlook:

    1. Double-click to edit the event you organized in the calendar.
    2. On the Event tab, select Private.
    3. Save the appointment or send the meeting update. The details will be visible only to you and the meeting attendees.

Please note that when you update the meeting, all invitees will be shown.

Do let me know if you need further clarification on this.

    Kind Regards, Rita.
