SCCM SUP WSUS FAILED

Hi Everyone,

I am having trouble to add a SCCM SUP role on wsus server I have just deployed it using the guide in the link below:

I am unable to run the updates sync from the sccm console and when I check the WCM.LOG, I am getting some errors:

Remote configuration failed on WSUS Server. SMS_WSUS_CONFIGURATION_MANAGER 6/20/2021 10:28:00 PM 1244 (0x04DC)

Hi @BENZ BIKUKU ，

To better move on, could you provide some information like follows:

1. It seems that the SUP is installed on a remote WSUS server. So, had we installed the WSUS Administration Console on Configuration Manager site server? Could it connect to the remote WSUS Server?
2. What's the version of the Windows server?
3. Could you check the port that the WSUS is configured to use? We can check it in IIS Manger, please refer to picture below.
