Update Windows 1909 (18363.1556) ends with update failed to install with error code 0x80d02002. On the client there are files in the folder ...SoftwareDistribution\Download...: WindowsUpdateBox.exe (21 Mbyte) and 19041.264.200511-0456.vb_release_svc_refresh_CLIENTCONSUMER_RET_x64FRE_ru-ru.esd ( 0 Mbyte). On the wsus WindowsUpdateBox.exe (21 Mbyte) and 19041.264.200511-0456.vb_release_svc_refresh_CLIENTCONSUMER_RET_x64FRE_ru-ru.esd ( 3,19 Gbyte). I can't understand why the client can't download update from wsus.
The client even has direct access to the Internet

Hello, any update on this?
We have been trying to distribute the "2021-07 Cumulative update" via our WSUS (WinServer2016) but we receive this same error on more than half of our Win10 clients.
Never seen this error with the previous monthly updates.

The update install might have failed and the best way to check is via Windows Update log. You will need to collect it using admin PowerShell cmdlet: "Get-WindowsUpdatelog".

The .esd f19041.264.200511-0456.vb_release_svc_refresh_CLIENTCONSUMER_RET_x64FRE_ru-ru.esd is being downloaded from your WSUS. But the update fails a few seconds later:
2021.06.21 22:41:18.7800383 8200 9796 DownloadManager Cancelled download call 1
You need to check the install logs of Win 10 FU.
For this check: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/desktop/windows-setup-log-files-and-event-logs
And let us know the errors showing up when setup.exe is triggered. It could be that there is not enough free space on the machine and/or a set of policies blocking the execution of install.

Did the error code appear on all the clients or some windows 10 clients? Have you confirmed whether the feature updates are downloaded successfully on the WSUS console or not?

I found a replacement update 19041.572.201009-1946.vb_release_svc_refresh_CLIENTCONSUMER_RET_x64FRE_ru-ru.esd for the update 19041.264.200511-0456.vb_release_svc_refresh_CLIENTCONSUMER_RET_x64FRE_ru-ru.esd, but the same problem stuck in with it. The problem occurs on different PCs. The rest of the updates for version 1909 (cumulative) were installed without problems.
Updating through the inclusion of functions from 2004 to 20H2 is successful on this server (wsus 6.3.9600.18838 - Windows 2012 R2).
