"X's" appearing in Drop Down Arrow Bar in Microsoft Edge

Sir,
we have one production URL and while selecting the drop-down arrow, it shows me some different icons instead of arrow keys as below:-
but when I check into different machines, it works fine all machines except one machine.
it should be like this as below:-
We have tried this in all browsers and it works fine in all browsers except Microsoft edge. This issue is facing in one machine only. we have also upgraded the edge version but nothing works.
I just want to inform you that this issue is only faced in the production URL when we try the same for staging or beta URL in the same machine, it works fine.
Please guide me

we are using smartGWT for UI.
Hi @Gupta, Vikas
It might be related with browser cache. You can try to clear Edge cache according to Delete cache and cookies in the new Microsoft Edge in this page and test again.
If it still can't solve your issue, please provide a minimal code snippet which can reproduce the issue. So that we can have a test and try to check where the problem is.
