Site Settings - options missing

Hi,
I am migrating fro Sharepoint Server 2013 to 2019, and some options seem to be missing from the Site Settings. For instance, I can't see the Site Settings > Look and Feel > Navigation option but it's available in /_layouts/15/AreaNavigationSettings.aspx, if I navigate directly in the browser.

Any ideas?

Thank you

    @Pedro Soares

    Per my test, you should enable SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure feature in the site collection features and SharePoint Server Publishing feature in the site features.
