Hello
I had a server problem and I reinstalled everything. I restored the databases but I have the error: All Management Servers Pool Unavailable. In the log events I see only one error:
OpsMgr Management Configuration Service failed to process configuration request (Xml configuration file or management pack request) due to the following exception
Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.ManagementConfiguration.Interop.HealthServicePublicKeyNotRegisteredException: Padding is invalid and cannot be removed.

I reinstalled SCOM with the option: Setup.exe /silent /AcceptEndUserLicenseAgreement /recover
SQL is on the same server as SCOM. Do you have an idea?
Did you re-enter passwords for all run as accounts, as instructed in the procedure?

It fixed a problem but several other problems appeared.
ex:
Event id: 31561
Failed to enumerate (discover) Data Warehouse objects and relationships among them. The operation will be retried.
Exception 'SqlException': Management Group with id ''E39F5F53-9FBB-9D7F-4BFE-5F0324630AE5'' is not a member management group of this Data Warehouse
One or more workflows were affected by this.
Workflow name: Microsoft.SystemCenter.DataWarehouse.Discovery.StandardDataSet
Instance name: Microsoft.Windows.Client.Win10.Dataset.ClientPerf
Instance ID: {1190CBAA-FADE-957E-25FB-91E5FE06D10F}
Management group: SCOM2016
It's as if he had created a new management group instead of taking over the one in the DB, is that possible?
