Hi,

My supervisor added me to Loop through my university address which is connected to Windows 365 and I am unable to create a new page in Loop. When I move my mouse over the "+" button, I cannot click on it and a little block sign appears (see photo below).

Other people with the same permissions as me are able to do create pages. I have tried clearing my cache and I have tried creating pages via the app and different browser, nothing works. Could you please help me?

Thanks in advance!

Kind regards,

Céline

    Hello Céline Epars.

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with Microsoft Loop that prevent you from creating a page, I understand how frustrating that can be.

Generally, this kind of problem can be due to an issue with permission settings, and I would ask you to double check with your university's administrators. In the meantime, since you mentioned that you've tried things like clearing your cache and changing browsers, and they haven't worked. Considering that Microsoft Loop is still in public preview, I suspect this may be a bug or some sort of temporary instability. You might consider waiting for a while and the issue might go away on its own.

In the Microsoft Community, we provide you with technical support, but when it comes to Microsoft Loop, There is a specialized department that will deal with the products of the company or organization. We are confident that this team will delve deeper into this issue and provide you with more specialized advice.

    1. Go to the admin center at https://admin.cloud.microsoft. If you get a message that says you don't have permission to access this page or perform this action, you aren't an admin. For more information, see Who has admin permissions in my business?
    2. On the bottom right side of the page, select Help & support.
    3. Type a question or keyword into the text box. If you get a drop-down list, select the one closest to your question, or continue typing your question, then press Enter.
    4. If the results don't help, at the bottom, select Contact Support.
    5. Enter a description of your issue, confirm your contact number and email address, select your preferred contact method, and then select Contact me. The expected wait time is indicated in the Contact support pane.

Thank you for your understanding and patience. I hope your problem is solved successfully.

    Best Regards
