Is it possible to add external user to Microsoft Loop ?

What to do if we get error 'Your org doesn't allow sharing with these people'?

there is nothing problem.

I've also had issues sharing with an external user.

I've followed the configuration steps as described:

Group
Policies
PowerShell for SPOTenant settings

I was unable to share externally.

I then checked the sharing on Sharepoint as follows:

defaults
Loop site
OneDrive for the user that is testing

I then tested directly sharing a file from the Loop site, and the users OneDrive. Both shared OK.

I then setup an External Org Collab within Azure to test if this would help. Nothing.

So it doesn't appear to be security related. I saw a 3rd party review that referred to Loop as "internal collaboration". Maybe this is just a hard-limit on the app.

It'd be good to get some clarification from Microsoft on this
