Based on the description you posted, it seems that you have an issue with MS Office wherein you want to know how you can re-activate your MS Loop on your Organization.
By the way, If MS Loop disabled itself in your organization, you can enable it by following these steps:
- From the left-hand navigation pane, select "Settings" and then "Services & add-ins".
- Scroll down to the "Microsoft Loop" section and click on it.
- On the "Microsoft Loop" page, click on "Settings" to view the configuration options.
- In the "General" tab, you can choose to enable or disable Microsoft Loop for your organization.
If the issue still persist, you might need to contact your IT administrator about this matter. In order for you to get this sorted out as soon as possible.
