- What account you are using on Microsoft Loop? Is it a personal account or a work account.

In the mantime, you may consider trying these troubleshooting steps below.
- Check if you are the owner of the workspace. If not, you might need to request the owner to grant you the necessary permissions to share the workspace.
- To resolve this, could you please try logging out of the app and logging back in?
- If the issue persists, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Regarding the Loop option not being in your Outlook, it's possible that you might not have the latest version of Outlook installed.

Lastly, to answer your question, Loop Preview is indeed a beta version of the app. This means that it's still in the testing phase and might have some bugs and issues that need to be resolved.
