What is wrong with Loop?

After downloading the app yesterday and creating a workspace with pages and components, I'm unable to share the workspace; only the page. When trying to share a component, I only have the option of sharing it as a link. I thought the point was to share the content?

Now I can't even create a new workspace. When I try it takes me back to recent components and pages. I can't get to the main page.

Also, the loop option is not in my Outlook.

Is this app still in beta version? Mine says "Loop Preview".

Regarding the issue with sharing the workspace, it's possible that you might not have the necessary permissions to share the workspace or it's possible that you might be experiencing a technical glitch. Let's work together to find the best solution to this problem.

    I would like to ask a few questions to better understand the problem.

    • Are you the owner of the workspace you are sharing?
    • What account you are using on Microsoft Loop? Is it a personal account or a work account.
    • Did you encounter any issues when sharing the workspace? Kindly provide us a screenshot of the error message if possible.

    In the mantime, you may consider trying these troubleshooting steps below.

    1. Check if you are the owner of the workspace. If not, you might need to request the owner to grant you the necessary permissions to share the workspace.
    2. To resolve this, could you please try logging out of the app and logging back in?
    3. If the issue persists, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

    Regarding the Loop option not being in your Outlook, it's possible that you might not have the latest version of Outlook installed.

    Lastly, to answer your question, Loop Preview is indeed a beta version of the app. This means that it's still in the testing phase and might have some bugs and issues that need to be resolved.

    Hi all,

    I have exactly the same issue. I was able to create workspaces and share them within members of my organisation for some time. Now both options are suddenly gone: I cannot create a workspace- clicking on it takes me to recent pages page. Sharing is just greyed out. Some parts of the app are gone too. Like Ideas and Favorites.
