My team have been using loop now for a couple months. However recently (in the last 2 weeks) 4 of my team members are having trouble accessing the loop page. This issue is only experienced by them, others on the team are not facing the same problem.
They have been forced logged out. (see issue 1 image)
Unable to access loop when they try loading it again (see issue 2 image)
Page menu stuck on loading (see issue 3 image)
