Hello, Lake Frost.
Welcome to our Microsoft Community Forum. Please accept our warmest greetings and the sincerest hope that all is well.
We understand that you would like to remove a Microsoft Loop page from a workspace or to move a page from one workspace to another.
As explained in the link below, Microsoft Loop is still in Public Preview. As such, there are still features that need to be improved, and so problems like the one you have can't be solved right away.
In any case, to remove a Loop page from a workspace, you can follow these steps:
- Open the workspace that contains the Loop page you want to remove.
- Click on the Loop page to select it.
- Click on the "..." button in the top right corner of the Loop page.
- Select "Remove from workspace" from the dropdown menu.
- Confirm that you want to remove the Loop page from the workspace.
To move a Loop page from one workspace to another, you can follow these steps:
a) Open the workspace that contains the Loop page you want to move.
b) Click on the Loop page to select it.
c) Click on the "..." button in the top right corner of the Loop page.
d) Select "Move to workspace" from the dropdown menu.
e) Select the workspace you want to move the Loop page to.
f) Confirm that you want to move the Loop page to the new workspace.
If you delete a Loop page from the quick capture workspace, it will not delete the Loop page from the long-term workspace. However, if the Loop page is linked to other pages or content in the long-term workspace, deleting it from the quick capture workspace may cause broken links or missing content in the long-term workspace.
If none of the steps above resolves this issue, please provide your experience as feedback to our developers. They'd love to hear from you about what's working well, what's not, and any ideas for improvements, including possible new features and functions. Your contribution will help us improve the user experience for you and all users around the world.
To send us your feedback, go to the bottom right corner, select Help, > Send feedback.

Thanks again for choosing Microsoft! We are here when you need us.
Sincerely,
