Reagrding the iginite challenge 2021

Question

I completed the ignite challenge 2021 and I got an email saying that I am eligible for an exam and that I should sit for it before the 30th of June. SO when I try to book the exam today, I was unable to do so. and when I contacted the person as per the instructions of the error message page they said that they can't find my account. can you please look into the matter. Thank you
