I'm the Global Admin here :)

After my research, "Office 365 administrators can't directly enable the Microsoft Insider Beta Channel at the tenant level. However, you can encourage or guide your users to join the Microsoft Insider Program and select the Beta Channel for Office applications on their own"

    Is this correct?

My issue got resolved few days ago. to get beta channel, we need run below command in command prompt or powershell. But please make sure that you run cmd with local administrator .

    reg add HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\office\16.0\common\officeupdate /v updatebranch /t REG_SZ /d BetaChannel  - For Beta Channel

then update the office by using the path and command

    Cd “C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ClickToRun”

    C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ClickToRun>OfficeC2RClient.exe /update user

then you can open the excel and click on Try preview

I have signed up for the beta etc,

In 365 EXCEL "Insert Python" is available in the Formulas-Python(preview) group.

When I select "Insert Python" or enter "=py(" in a cell I get:

ERROR: The service required to use this feature is turned off. Check your privacy settings.

What service or privacy settings are required? I have allowed just about everything under "privacy settings" and I still get that message.
