Why can I only add members to Loop Workspaces when I first create it?

When I go to invite members to a workspace, it gives me the error message:

"We are unable to add members at this time, please try again later"

I've had this issue across my workspaces and my employees have the same issue. It's a new problem we didn't have before. However, when I first create a workspace, I'm allowed to add whoever I want.

All the people I'm adding already belong to multiple Loop workspaces and I've already checked the permissions on the backend.

    Hello! Daniel Shultz

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community

It seems to me that you are experiencing issues with adding members to Loop Workspaces. This issue could be caused by a temporary glitch in the system. Allow me to ask:

    • Was this working before?
    • Is this happening to other devices, browsers, and network?
    • When did the issue start?
    • I would like to know what @domain and who is hosting your email account? example for @domains: Gmail.com, Yahoo.com, Outlook.com/Hotmail.com
      • May I know if the account is for Work/School use? or Personal (Hotmail/Outlook.com) use?

I recommend trying the following steps to resolve the issue:

    1. Clear your browser cache and cookies.
    2. Try using a different browser or device to add members to the workspace.
    3. Check if there are any pending updates for Loop and install them.

    I hope it helps!

    Thank you,

    Vince
