I would like to know whether this issue happen on both using Teams desktop and Teams web client.
Have you tried to check this issue via using Teams web client? If not, please you may try to use the Teams web client (https://teams.microsoft.com) via Incognito/InPrivate browsing window with latest Chrome/Edge Chromium to check this issue.
In the meantime, if you are using Teams desktop client on Windows OS please clear local cache to see if there any improvement. You may refer to the steps below to clear the local cache for Microsoft Teams.
- Quit Microsoft Teams if it shows on the status bar.
- Copy and paste the following location (%appdata%\Microsoft\Teams) into File Explorer.
- Delete contents of the entire folder.
- Restart Microsoft Teams.
Moreover, please provide us with detailed screenshots about the issue for further analysis.
