The network connection between your computer and the VPN server was interrupted. This can be caused by a problem in the VPN transmission and is commonly the result of internet latency or simply that your VPN server has reached capacity. Please try to reconnect to the VPN server.

I'm assisting one of my user, and I never seen before this issue. I have no idea how to solve it and one of the answer from another website share this link to create question. Please kindly assist me on this issue ASAP.
Thank you so much.

    Hi ,

Before going further, I would appreciate your help in clarifying the following situations:

1.Check whether you are using the correct Hostname or IP address. Make sure you can ping VPN server's IP address successfully from VPN client.

2.Temporarily disable windows firewall both on your VPN client and VPN server. This can narrow down whether the issue is related with firewall.

    3.Disable any third-party AV software.

4.Which VPN type did you use? Change the type of VPN to PPTP or Automatic and then see if it works.

    Best Regards,
    Candy
