Can't find appointments in Microsoft certification dashboard

Question

I have scheduled Microsoft Az-900 examination but when I checked Microsoft certification dashboard, I am not able to find the entry under appointment section also I didn't get any confirmation mail of scheduled examination on the personal mail email id I have registered in the profile.
