Turning the Allow access from Selected Networks on is causing the eventhub to reject Microsoft Graph Change Notifications. We have specified the addresses in 23 on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/enterprise/additional-office365-ip-addresses-and-urls?view=o365-worldwide.

Does anyone know if the address range is the most up to date or if there is any other ip addresses needed?

Thanks for the reply Danstan, I have cross checked the ips addresses and have all these added.

I have added the ones under public cloud and *.cloudapp.net. We have also added the internal ip ranges we use. Should this be all the ip ranges for Australia East location? Do you have any ideas on how to troubleshoot further?

    Thanks

The link you have is the correct list of IP addresses. Its is also documented under Set up notifications for changes in user data but there is an important note there. Quoting:

Note: The listed IP addresses that are used to deliver change notifications can be updated at any time without notice.

Also you can cross check that you have added for the right cloud that you use.
