Not able to access old cirtificates due to MSID mismatch

I have completed AZ 900 & AI 900 with same MCP, but it has 2 MSID in pearson vue , I am not able to access my loder cirtification AZ 900 cirtificates from current dash board. Can both cirtificates be migrated to single MSID (OLD ID: MS0990856099‎ , NEW ID: MS991081781)
