Intune iOS - Managed apps, installation

Hi,

I deployed Outlook as a Managed Apps and set it to be required. However it's not getting installed automatically and in the app installation reports its shows that it's not applicable. Device is treated as private one and secure work-related apps. Is there a way to force installation when user login to Company portal?
