Access required

Question

How to give permission to access the site. We have sent excel sheet to the employees. However its shows access denied.

Please let me know how to give access.

Go to the site they need, click site settings> site permission> create a group named “employees”> select the permission you want to be granted when creating the group:

Then add users to this group by clicking “New”:
