Working with Dynamic CRM and ADF in different domain

If we have Dynamics CRM in one domain and related Azure data factory pipelines to copy data from or to CRM in another domain so will it work or affect the pipelines and working?

Here we are defining domain as subscription not region.
So again If we have Dynamics CRM in one domain(subscription) and related Azure data factory pipelines to copy data from or to CRM in another domain(subscription), so will it work or affect the pipelines and working?
