Tax Residence Certificate of Microsoft in Ireland

Question

We need Tax Residence Certificate of Microsoft in Ireland for withholding tax issue. We are released of payment of WHT but need to report to Taxation Office. We receive Microsoft invoices with the Ireland address and for that reason we need Microsoft Residence Certificate in Ireland.
