Automated signature switch when an email is within the company or outside the company

Is there anyway to automate a signature for out of company emails vs inner company emails without using a 3rd party company in Outlook?

    No, Outlook doesnt offer such functionality. You can mimic something similar via Mail flow rules, but they are not really a solution. If you really need this, best consider third-party add-ins/services.

    Agree with michev, there may be no option that could switch signature automatically in Outlook.

    Then I have researched a lot about it and found a relevant articles that mentioned a similar script. According to my test on Outlook, it could identify the addresses of different recipients and insert different signatures according to the addresses. As a suggestion, you could refer to this script and modify it for your need if it's possible:
