Can't add an Organization in the CRM Outlook client - The given key was not present in the dictionary

Hi Team,

Our CRM application is hosted on Canberra timezone server. One user from south Australia is trying to install Microsoft CRM for outlook and getting error message as 'the given key was not found in the dictionary '

Also please refer screenshot for error log
