Azure Support related to Billing is at no costs

You could create a support request in Azure Portal. Please make sure to select Billing in the Issue type field:

    Thanks for responding
I tried creating a request earlier, it did not work.
Tried again - chose some predefined values and submitted it - hope it will be attended to.

    Issue is

    1. It keeps me billing $150 per/day for a deleted resource
    2. It kept on billing me even after my limit was exceeded and disabled subscription
    3. It did not disclose the astronomical charges associated with the resource when I created it for test purpose.
