Excel 2016 file not saving on network folder (on server NAS connected with Isci) with DOCUMENT NOT SAVED error windows 10

Hi

we have a user who is trying to edit and save back the excel file present on windows server network folder. When she is editing and trying to save the file on existing file, file saving starts till 75% then it hangs up and give us an error " Document not saved". Other users on the network are able to make changes and save. All users have same permissions and setup.
when she creates a new file and edit it to save, she can do so in same folder structure. Its just one excel file which is creating that issue for her. but other users can edit same file with out any issue.
Any idea on fix?

    Welcome to Q&A forum!

    Please update Office to the latest version. Then try the following steps to check this issue.

    1. Check whether the file could be saved to another location, such as local or other folders on the network.
    2. Please back up and delete all files in the C:\Users\<User Name>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Excel path. If the issue is not resolved, please restore them.
    3. Rename the file.
    4. What is type of the file? Please save it as a different file type, such as .xls
    5. Move the Worksheet to a new Workbook.

    If the issue persists, please close and save all Ecxel files, open the Excel in safe mode, go to File>Open to open the file, then check this issue again.
