I was asked to verify my account via SMS during my Windows 8 setup, now it won't stop spamming my phone every half an hour with the security code! It's always the same code too...I've already disconnected my number from my Microsoft account. It's costing me alot to receive them, how do I stop it?

How odd.
Most people have the opposite problem that they never receive a code or if they do, it does not work.
Talk about messed up.
