default IOS mail app error

We have a number of users using the default IOS mail app that all of a sudden are getting blocked from connecting to exchange. No changes that I'm aware of have been made to our tenant. I am unable to find a policy or where it shows that they're getting blocked.

    Hi @Microsoft Q & A ,

    Please check if these users were blocked and if so, remove them from the block list:
    Remove blocked users from the Restricted users portal in Microsoft 365

    Are there any conditional access policies set to block users?

    Also check the sign in logs in azure AD, filter the account. You can copy the correlation id from the block message and filter in the logs to be more specific. Also check for risky sign in's.
